1. We offer a 15-days exchange and return policy for unused products that are in the same condition as when they were received.

2. If you encounter any issues with the size or have had a change of mind regarding your purchase, please contact our helpline (+92 349 3888456) for assistance.

3. Send us your received products via a trackable courier i.e. (TCS, Leopard).

4. Once the parcel has been received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the product.

5.  If your request is approved, you will receive a voucher of the amount you paid.

6. The amount of the voucher will be according to the price paid at the time of the order and can be used for your next online purchase.

7. Vouchers can be used any time and has no expiration date. 

8. A vouchers full amount is used, partial usage is not permissible.

9. Cash refunds are not applicable to any orders.

10. Vouchers can not be combined with other promotional vouchers.
